Upping the pizza game

A while ago we were gifted a patio heater/fire pit/pizza oven.

The first few efforts were a struggle, some burnt crusts, unmelted cheese, or black sooted offerings.

After lots of research (mostly OnePizzaTooMany on YouTube, along with some dough recipes shared on the CWS Facebook group) we finally nailed it 

It's all about these three things..
1) A pizza stone
2) A clean burning fire at extremely hot temps (500⁰F)
3) A well proven dough.
Having plenty of flour on your pizza slide also helps.

Just have to get more creative with toppings, but that's the fun part.
