Some preparation for Christmas smoked meats. 
Pigs in blankets - Amazing when smoked for around 4 hrs then finished on the coals.
Honey Jack Daniel's Gammon - Smoked for 6 hours with glaze of Honey, Brown Sugar and Honey Jack Daniel's.
Turkey Breast - Wrapped in 3 layers of foil and basted in butter and garlic. Also 6 hours.
