New BBQ, Fire & Food Blog!

It's September 2020 and we have just returned from a month in Spain's stunning Costa del sol. During our stay I was fascinated to watch a local 'chiringuito' (restaurant on the beach) building a shelter over their outdoor cooking area to shade from the blazing sun. Perhaps it was time to build by own shelter over my brick built BBQ back home in the UK. Not from the sun but more the british summer rain.

And so, Rib Grill 46 was born. Since then lots of tinkering, testing and a few different grills added to the collection.

I'll be posting things as I try them, 2021 has been a year of learning and experimenting. Taking me from the usual BBQ sausages, chicken and burgers to cooking outside weekly, whatever the weather.
